The My Science! My Conch! project has reached 2 primary schools and 1 high school so far this week, and a total of about 75 students. On Monday we traveled to Sandy Point in South Abaco and tried the program for the first time with a group of 4th-6th graders from J.A. Pinder Primary School. The little ones sure were enthusiastic about conch! Tuesday we headed across the Sea of Abaco to Hope Town on Elbow Cay.  Already well versed in conchservation, these 4th-6th grade kids were ready to learn to use real calipers and be the scientists! Wednesday was a terrific day at S.C. Bootle Secondary School on the northern end of Abaco. This group of 11th graders caught on quick and did an impressive survey of a nearby conch midden. Here are a few pics!
